New Year, New Goals
Do you often find yourself making a New Years Resolution, and then breaking it? I don’t believe in making resolutions anymore. I make yearly goals for myself, and I do the best I can to meet those goals.

The Facts
- Pre-Surgery Weight: 302
- Surgery Date: June 16, 2020
- Surgery Weight: 292
- Total Weight loss: 125 lbs
- Total Current Weight: 177
My 2022 New Year’s Goals
- Continue on my Exercise Journey
- Re-Start weight loss after a 6-month stall
My goals are simple. I need to continue my exercise and I need to reboot my weight loss after a long stall. I’ve gotten comfortable. I still weigh and measure, but I’m lax about sweets and treats. It’s great that I’ve maintained my weight loss, but I still have more to go. And I want to get there.
Let’s work toward bathing suit season!!!
Get Ready
I’m ready for 2022. I have just started a new Beachbody.com program (645), I’m working on my eating plan and putting together my menus (repeatable breakfasts, lunch ideas, dinner ideas, and most importantly – snack ideas).
I have a bunch of different recipes printed out, and I’m working on amassing a number of different snack ideas that are high protein, low fat, and filling. I’m hoping to put these together and share them throughout the year.
And mostly, my hope is to blog more, share my experiences, share my food and recipes, and have fun!
